Whether deep-drawing sheets, donats or sweets – the demands of our customers on modern coating systems are constantly growing. In the last century it was still common practice to oil deep-drawing sheets for car body parts completely for example and to wash them off completely after the deep-drawing process. What a waste!
Our modern electronically controlled BFS spray valves precisely dose the required quantities of water, oil or even spirits. With the corresponding nozzles, a variety of spray patterns can be generated. This makes it possible today to coat precisely defined areas in a short time and to distribute the spray mist efficiently.
This means that only those surfaces of deep-drawing sheets are wetted with oil that really slide on the tool. All other surfaces remain untreated. As a result, less oil is required and the cleaning time of the sheets is reduced. This saves money and primary materials. In addition, the environment is relieved.
